Lauren Compton is an American actress from Dallas, Texas and has built a strong reputation for her uniquely aspirational versatility, as evidenced by the varying range of roles played in a relatively short (yet rapidly publicized) acting career . She has appeared on major network shows such as Showtimes' "I'm Dying Up Here" & HBO's "Here, Now" to her leading role in the $ 10 million budget action feature "HELP" directed by Justin Lin.

Lauren has worked with many top directors and producers such as Brett Ratner, Jim Carrey, Bryan Buckley, Bill Duke, and TJ Scott (list not exhaustive). Lauren also recently wrapped production on the feature film DEPRAVED, opposite Tom Sizemore as well as recently having worked with Richard Speight Jr. and Danny Trejo on "DEATH HOUSE."

A large part of Lauren’s upward trajectory (in landing lead roles in action films opposite talent such as TOKYO DRIFT’S star Sung Kang) is due to her extensive gymnastics background. Training as an elite gymnast for 11 years, Lauren thoroughly enjoys doing her own stunts and learning stunt choreography in highly difficult action sequences. Apart from her advanced physical capabilities, Lauren is also fluent in Italian, a published poet and an avid world traveler.
